Chris was a passionate and committed young man. When he set his mind to doing something he gave it 150%. He was passionate in all aspects of his life, passionate about family, friends, baseball and football.
The Fire Science Program at Middleboro High School was a program Chris longed to participate in. However, being a borderline average student, year after year he was not able to participate in the program. The summer before entering senior year Chris set his mind to exceed academic expectations in the first semester of the year so that he could be considered for enrollment into the program in the second half of the school year. Unfortunately, he never had the chance to act on his commitment, as he was killed in a tragic accident, the week before his senior year of high school began.
